- Successfully executed projects totaling AED 120 million over the past 10 years, per classifying activity.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Second Category
The Second Category is designed for companies with moderate experience and capability.
Requirements:
- Minimum AED 5 million in equity for the last fiscal year.
- Two Company Engineers, each with at least 7 years of overall experience, per classifying activity.
- Successfully executed projects totaling AED 60 million over the past 10 years, per classifying activity.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Third Category
The Third Category is suitable for companies aiming to establish a presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Two Company Engineers, each with at least 5 years of overall experience, per classifying activity.
- Successfully executed projects totaling AED 30 million over the past 10 years, per classifying activity.
Fourth Category
The Fourth Category offers opportunities for smaller firms looking to enter the industry.
Requirements:
- One Company Engineer with at least 5 years of overall experience, per classifying activity.
- Successfully executed projects totaling AED 15 million over the past 10 years, per classifying activity.
Fifth Category
The Fifth Category is tailored for new contracting companies without past project experience.
Requirements:
- One Company Engineer with at least 4 years of overall experience, per classifying activity.
Sixth Category
The Sixth Category also accommodates new contracting companies.
